This product works. I took it while on a backpacking trip, and shed 20 pounds in 3 weeks. Yes that's maybe an extreme case and I was busy hiking each day, but I've done other strenuous trips and not lost nearly that much. I definitely attribute it to the HotRox. Combined with exercise and a higher protein/low simple-carb diet and you can make real strides to shedding fat. At first I was also rightfully suspicious of weight-loss products, mainly for heart-health reasons. My father had heart issues, and though I do not, I'm a 40 year old guy and my overall health comes first. That said, I did not take the full dose as suggested on the bottle. I really recommend starting out very slowly, and probably staying there. You also would really want to cycle off this stuff for a while, and not stay on indefinitely. Its just too potent. Other than that, this product did give me a certain queasy feeling I've also experienced with 1 or 2 other fat-loss pills, such as San Blaze Extreme. San was actually more mild than the Hot-Rox in that sensation, and maybe an alternate choice.

HoT Rox has the right combination, with a low dose of yohimbe that is actually working for me and my wife. With Hot Rox help, I've lost weight with the jump start I needed. Since the yohimbe is a lower dosage in Hot Rox, it doesn't make my wife nauseous like the others do. I will continue to order Hot Rox!

According to Biotest, the manufacturer of Hot-Rox, each capsule about the same amount of caffeine as a half a cup of coffee. I don't consider that to be "a lot of caffeine".

I’ve always been a bit suspicious of weight loss pills and energy pills. If you look at the ingredient lists you’ll find a great deal of crossover occurs. Almost without exception they ALL contain one very important ingredient: caffeine – which when delivered in highly concentrated capsule form delivers a sudden surge of energy (and yes, even euphoria). Besides supplying energy, caffeine has been known to work as an appetite suppressant. Hot-Rox Extreme contains caffeine. A lot of caffeine. That being said, Hot-Rox actually does work. You can actually shed a small (but perhaps substantial) amount of body fat. Whether or not it’s the caffeine or the “proprietary blend” (or both) that makes you drop weight is up for debate. This product does work. If it is just the caffeine in the pill – then it’s the most expensive cup of coffee you’ve ever purchased!
