December 10, 2018Reviewer: Deborah in Oregon* Update to my original review. I added 1 star to make it 3. I microwaved a 2 Tbsp serving in a small paper bowl to try and make a cookie. I have a 900W microwave so the 20-30 seconds stated turned out to be closer to 90 seconds. The results were not what I would ever call a cookie and I can't really compare it to cake...maybe kind of like a pancake. I am going to try making individual cobblers using this as the topping over no-sugar blackberry or blueberry filling. Maybe with some sugar-free whipped cream on top.
