Acetyl-L-Carnitine seems to help with all three. One of the first things I noticed was I could think more clearly and I was in better spirits. December 15, 2010Reviewer: John in Connecticut* When I am sleep deprived or need to be extra sharp, I throw a 1/4 tsp in a half a cup of black coffee and have noticed quite a boost. Also supposed to be good for old guys junk. It hasn't hurt.
