But research is showing that these sweeteners, like sucrose are very bad for you. The only one that seems to be okay is stevia, and even in that case some of the mfg are adding things to it ruining it. Pure stevia isn't cheap. I called Heinz and asked them to change the sweetener, I'm sure it won't happen but hey.
Do some research, you'll find these artificial sweeteners affect the bacteria we all have in out stomachs, and things that I read said that it would be better for you to eat sugar than these sweeteners.
