July 09, 2020Reviewer: Michael in New Jersey* The taste was good, though they were very crumbly and the effort to make 6 biscuits (each pack makes 12)) is a little much.

May 01, 2020Reviewer: Linda in Colorado* As a nonketo wife, I got this mix for my husband who won't eat nonketo breads. This mix is surprising good, a little expensive, but worth it too be able to make him biscuits every now and then.

1 of 1 people found the following review helpfulJanuary 20, 2019Reviewer: Christiane in Missouri* Okay...so these are edible. They are not, however, "just like regular biscuits" as others have stated. I am not new to low carb but we still have cheat days and usually those days consist of biscuits and gravy...one of my favorite meals. I am not diabetic...just need to lose a few pounds...so I don't deprive myself completely of the things that I love. These biscuits are not the worst I have eaten but they are far from excellent. Much too sweet for a country biscuit (you can taste the sweetener) and they are very dry and crumbly.....much like every other low carb bread out there. Make them with fairly low expectations and you will be thrilled. If you have ever made or eaten real country biscuits...the disappointment from these will make you sad. If you haven't had biscuits in years, give them a whirl and you will probably be satisfied. For my family, the $8 pricetag is much too high for something this mediocre. $3 and I might find my resolve melting and ordering again.

June 22, 2018Reviewer: Kathleen in Texas* Once again, since we no longer eat bread, it is wonderful to have a replacement that tastes delicious and is so low in carbs.

February 04, 2017Reviewer: Jade in Illinois* Not bad for a low carb biscuit. I find myself making sausage, egg, and cheese biscuits with butter toasted on the biscuit itself, and it's a home run! I keep buying more.

1 of 1 people found the following review helpfulFebruary 14, 2015Reviewer: Shayla in Texas* These biscuits tasted amazing. I don't mean that as a hyperbole. I took one bite and my mouth fell open in awe. I have been low carb for over two years and I have never found a good biscuit recipe. These, biscuits are flaky, buttery, crumbly, and better than 90% of the "normal" biscuits I have ever had.
Having said that these were not very easy to make, and the instructions aren't complete. You have to chill the pan and the mixture, and mix things in a specific order. I did what the instructions said and my batter was very gooey and made biscuits that were more of a splat than the typical formed biscuit that I am used to. I believe that if I had chilled the biscuit mix/butter mixture again prior to folding in the egg/sour cream mixture my biscuit batter might have been less runny and easier to form into a ball.
I will definitely be ordering these again.
