Don't make the same amount you would of regular pasta unless you want leftovers. Smaller amount fills you up. After I boil it I add it to a pan with a small amount of olive oil and sautéd garlic. Add some shrimp and you have a very filling meal. I prefer Edamame pasta without tomato sauce.
